are in search of a seasoned Auto Mechanic who can bring advanced
diagnostic skills, precision in repair work, and leadership within
the workshop. This role requires someone with a comprehensive
knowledge of automotive systems, who can mentor junior mechanics,
handle the most complicated repairs, and deliver top-tier service
to our valued customers. -Key Responsibilities:1. Advanced
Diagnostics & Complex Repairs:Perform in-depth diagnostics using
advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies, including resolving
issues related to engine performance, electrical systems,
transmission, and more.Handle complex and high-stakes repairs on
various makes and models, ensuring precision and excellence in each
job.Stay on top of the latest automotive technologies and evolving
vehicle systems, including hybrid and electric vehicle diagnostics
and repair.2. Leadership & Mentorship:Act as a technical lead
within the workshop, providing guidance to junior mechanics and
ensuring proper procedures are followed.Lead by example with an
emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency, driving the team to
meet high standards in all repair work.Train and mentor team
members in advanced diagnostics and repair techniques, fostering an
environment of growth and professional development.3. Customer
Service & Consultation:Provide expert consultations to customers,
explaining complex mechanical issues in a clear, trustworthy
manner.Assist service advisors by offering accurate and detailed
diagnostics reports and repair recommendations.Deliver high-level
customer satisfaction, ensuring every client feels informed and
confident in the service provided.4. Workshop Management &
Organization:Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the
workshop, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained
and easily accessible.Ensure compliance with all safety and
environmental regulations, maintaining the highest standards of
safety in the shop.Assist management with workflow planning and
resource allocation to ensure efficient job completion. -Required
Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 10+ years as an Auto Mechanic,
with demonstrated expertise in complex diagnostic and repair
work.Certification: ASE Master Certification highly preferred.
Additional manufacturer-specific certifications are a plus (e.g.,
Ford, GM, Honda, Toyota, etc.).Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge
of automotive systems, including electronics, engines,
transmissions, brakes, HVAC systems, and more.Diagnostic Skills:
Proficient with advanced diagnostic tools (e.g., scan tools,
oscilloscopes, etc.) and able to troubleshoot issues in modern
vehicles, including hybrid and electric cars.Leadership Abilities:
Proven ability to lead and mentor others in a busy, high-volume
workshop environment.Problem-Solving: Expert at identifying the
root cause of complex issues and delivering timely, efficient
solutions.Physical Capability: Ability to lift heavy equipment,
stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding
tasks.Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and a
