Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solutions Proposal Manager to support
customer proposals and solution development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and recommend innovative solution approaches for customer
mission success
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and capture
solution objectives
Coordinate with technical leaders to develop requirements and
deliver solutions during the proposal phase
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information
Security, or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
14 years of related experience or 12 years with a Master's;
additional experience may substitute for education
At least 10 years of solutions development and implementation
experience
A minimum of 5 years in technical team leadership roles
Proven experience in bidding and winning work with Civilian
Government agencies
